Lisa is a compassionate and warm practitioner who strives to create a safe, supportive, and comfortable space where clients can work toward their mental health goals. She holds a master’s degree in counselling psychology and embraces an eclectic therapeutic approach—drawing from a range of interventions and techniques to provide a personalized experience tailored to each client’s unique needs. At the heart of her work is the belief that you are the expert in your own life.

Lisa supports individuals of all ages, as well as couples and families, in navigating a wide variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, relationship concerns, family dynamics, and trauma. Whether you are going through a difficult life transition or seeking to deepen your self-awareness, Lisa is committed to walking alongside you in that process.

Outside of her work with clients, Lisa enjoys spending quality time with her spouse and two children, diving into juicy mystery novels, binge-watching reality TV, and planning her next travel adventure around the world.

Daniel is a compassionate counsellor holding a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. Grounded in a trauma-informed, person-centered approach, he meets clients with empathy and understanding, creating a safe space for healing and growth. Daniel works with clients to explore questions of purpose and meaning, empowering them to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and authenticity. With a diverse clientele, including adults, families, couples and at-risk children/youth, Daniel’s professional experience reaches across various life stages and contexts. Daniel tailors his approach to meet the unique needs of each individual, fostering deep connections and facilitating meaningful change.

Abdi likes to work with clients from the client-centered approach with the understanding that every client is unique in their strengths & challenges. Abdi has experience working with families, couples, children, adolescents & youth. Abdi enjoys empowering clients to utilize their strengths in addressing their challenges. Joel enjoys collaborating with a variety of people as they learn to observe and makes sense of their challenges and life vision. Based on people’s strengths and supports, Joel works to empower meaningfully experimentation with thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Joel values making therapy accessible and effective through his work with Navera’s Rapid Access Counselling for adults, families, and couples. His counselling work in this area draws upon Trauma Informed, Person-Centered, Strengths-Based and Solutions Focused Brief Therapy.
